Board 8.1.6 Release Notes

Upgrade instructions

Board Client version 8.1.6 can only connect to a server running Board Server 8.1.6, it is therefore required to update all Board Client and Office Add-in installations.

Capsules and databases created or modified with version 8.1.6 cannot be re-opened with version 8.1.4 (or prior).

Fixes or minor changes

• User Lock, lock behavior has been slightly changed in order to fix the following cases:

Procedurelauncher does not release user's license in some particular cases;

Sometimes users are not released when closing the client;

Pressing F5 on the web client locks the user;

The user is not released when logged from the web client in some cases.

• Web - Menu Object with Target Caspule, bug fixed;
• When launching DataReaders on multiple databases a "database locked" error was preventing the use of datareaders, this issue has been solved
• Dataentry failed to execute in some cases, issue fixed.
• Split and splat based on is now possible with two entities by row
