During development or for maintenance purposes, it is sometimes required to change the name of a Board database, for example changing the database Sales_Test.dtbx into Sales.dtbx . The Capsule screens however contain a reference to the database name (the screen property Database) and therefore need to be reassigned to the new name. The Database screen property can be changed by opening the Properties panel of the screen however this requires opening each screen one by one.
To update the database property of all screens of a Capsule,
click the Save Capsule As icon to make a copy of the current Capsule,
then type the name of the new copy of the Capsule,
open the Advanced options by clicking on the blue bar in the lower part of the dialog box,
then click on the Add Rename DB button, and type the name of the old database currently referred by the screens and the corresponding new database name, then press OK.
