The Alert function supports defining multiple threshold values and the definition of the alert color per each range.
To define the alert thresholds,
go to the Alert tab of the desired block of the Layout,
by default there are two thresholds, red and green, to add a new threshold value, click the "+" icon and key-in the value.
it is possible to define which color the cell takes when the value is equal to the threshold (the color of the prior or the next range) by changing the greater-or-equal sign next to the threshold value.
The option Circles, uses a colored circle to represent the alert range, as in the following example.
Note that when an alert is set, the collapsed view shows the number of items per each alert.
Open the block configuration and navigate into the tab Alert.
Configure the alert as usual and then select from the drop down list the block that will be used as a driver for this alert.
In the figure above block d will have an alert driven by block e
