Analytics Action group

This topic describes the Procedure Actions included in the Analytics Action group and their specific properties.

The Analytics Action group allows you to create a Procedure step to run existing Azure AutoML forecast scenarios. Read more about how to configure the Azure ML forecast scenario.

The Analytics Action group offers the following steps:

Azure ML Inference

This step allows you to run the inference phase of a previously configured Azure AutoML forecast scenario based on the latest training phase performed.

The training phase for the selected scenario must have been performed at least once to be able to run inferences only.

To configure this step, select the desired scenario from the “Select a scenario” dropdown list.
Enable the “Use scenario filters” option to discard the currently active selection and apply the selection configured in the chosen scenario. If the option is disabled, the forecast will consider only the data related to the members in the active selection at the time when the step is executed.

Azure ML Training

This step allows you to run a previously configured Azure AutoML forecast scenario by performing the training process first and then running an inference.
To configure this step, select the desired scenario from the “Select a scenario” dropdown list.
Enable the “Use scenario filters” option to discard the currently active selection and apply the selection configured in the chosen scenario. If the option is disabled, the forecast will consider only the data related to the members in the active selection at the time when the step is executed.
