Other Enhancements

We are pleased to introduce a set of Platform enhancements that deliver greater visibility, stronger control and higher efficiency across the most critical areas of the system. These updates streamline everyday workflows, surface the information that matters most and give you more confidence in every decision you make.

Admin View - Presentations

Archive and Unarchive a Presentation

New Archive and Unarchive actions let users temporarily hide Presentations from their own main lists without deleting or unsharing them.

  • The Archive action moves a Presentation to the Archived group, removes user-specific statuses (such as Favorites), and is visible only to the user who archived it.

  • The Unarchive action restores the Presentation to the main views for that user, but previous statuses must be reapplied manually if needed.

This enhancement introduces new Archive and Unarchive actions to help users keep their Presentation lists clean and focused without deleting content. The aim is to improve personal organization by allowing users to temporarily hide Presentations that are no longer immediately relevant, while still keeping them accessible and shared in the background.

User Features in Presentations Workspace

Top Menu Bar and Grids Enhancements

The Presentation top menu bar now centralizes key actions such as Rename, Open, Slide List, and Member List, with the same options also available from grid context menus. The aim is to streamline navigation and administration by letting users and Administrators perform common tasks directly from the toolbar or grid, without switching views.

System Administration and Member List grids now provide context menus that mirror toolbar actions and display the total number of items and selected rows, consistent with other grids (e.g. Send To and Subscriptions). This aims to improve discoverability and efficiency when managing large sets of Presentations or members.

Chat, Email, and Delete

New Chat, Email, and Delete icons are available on the top menu bar and when hovering over an author’s email address. These options let Administrators quickly contact users in the sharing list (via chat or email) or remove a specific user from a Presentation. The aim is to centralize communication and access management so Administrators can act directly where they review membership.

Author Access Management

Authors can now use Add Author Access and Remove Author Access to grant or revoke authoring rights for other users in the sharing list, while enforcing the rule that each Presentation must always have at least one author. This aims to support controlled collaboration and prevent situations where a Presentation is left without an owner.

Leave Sharing

The new Leave Sharing option allows users to remove themselves from the sharing list of a shared Presentation, permanently hiding it from their workspace unless the owner shares it again. The aim is to give users more control over their workspace by letting them clean up shared content they no longer need, without affecting other users or requiring Administrator intervention.

Slide List

The Slide List feature opens a modal showing all slides in a Presentation, with metadata such as associated custom objects/filters, slide order, and direct navigation controls, plus standard table behaviors like column management and search. The aim is to help users review, manage, and navigate complex Presentations more efficiently from a single overview.

Admin View - Send To

Administrative Overview

A new Send To panel is available in System Administration, giving Administrators a centralized view of all Send To configurations created by any user or team across the platform. The aim is to provide full visibility over automated email deliveries so Admins can audit usage, monitor scheduling, and support maintenance and cleanup. The grid shows total items and selected rows, and includes a Created By Column and other key fields (status, scheduling, next run, file format, etc.), aligned with other System Administration grids like Presentations and Subscriptions.

From this Administrative overview, Administrators can run, enable, disable, or delete one or multiple Send To actions using the toolbar or row-level actions (multi-run and multi-delete are supported). The aim is to let Admins quickly control execution and availability of Send To jobs without changing user-defined configurations. Detailed setup (recipients, formats, schedules) remains managed by users in the standard Send To view, while Admins can open the detail panel from a grid row to review all configuration details and adjust only the Enabled status; multi-editing is intentionally not supported to prevent bulk configuration errors.

Admin View - Subscriptions

The Subscriptions feature in System Administration > Administration lets Administrators and authors manage automated content deliveries directly in Board. The aim is to centralize control over user-specific Subscriptions so Admins can monitor what is being sent, when, and to whom, while keeping ownership and detailed configuration with the original creator. The grid provides an overview of each Subscription (name, creation and last run dates, schedule, attachments, email content, etc.), shows total and selected items, and supports column customization via the Column chooser.

From the toolbar or row-level icons, Administrators can Run, Enable, Disable, Edit, and Delete one or multiple Subscriptions. The goal of these actions is to make it easy to execute or suspend deliveries in bulk without changing user-defined settings. When editing a Subscription, Admins can only review its details and toggle the Enabled status; all other fields remain read-only and can be modified only by the Subscription owner, and multi-editing is intentionally not supported to avoid accidental bulk changes.
