💡Subscriptions Notes
In versions 14.4 and earlier, the Subscriptions feature is not available in the System Administration section.
The Subscriptions feature, available in the System Administration section under Administration, enables Administrators and authors to manage automated content deliveries directly within the Board platform. This feature enhances administrative autonomy by allowing the creation, execution, and control of user-specific Subscriptions.

By selecting Subscriptions, Administrators can view all details related to the Subscription, including the Subscription's name, its creation date, last run date, attachments, email content, its scheduled start time, and frequency.
The Subscriptions grid also shows the total number of Subscriptions and how many are currently selected. This information appears in the lower-left area of the page and follows the same behavior as other grids across the platform, such as those in the System Administration sections for Presentations and Subscriptions.
Toolbar and Interaction
The top bar provides controls to Run, Enable, Disable, delete (
), and edit (
) Subscriptions.

These actions become available only after selecting one or more Subscriptions using the checkbox to the left of the Subscription's name.

Actions
Enable: The Enable and Disable actions allows Administrators to activate or deactivate one or multiple Subscriptions at once. The Enabled column displays a radio button indicating the status of the Subscription. A blue-filled radio button means the Subscription is enabled, while an unfilled radio button indicates the Subscription is disabled. A confirmation message, such as “Subscription(s) successfully enabled/disabled,” appears at the bottom of the page to confirm the action.

Run: The Run action executes the selected Subscriptions sequentially. During execution, a modal window displays the progress of the operation. When the operation is complete, a confirmation message appears listing the Subscriptions that were successfully executed.
Hovering over a Subscription name reveals the Edit and Delete icons, providing a quick way to modify or remove a Subscription directly from the list.

Edit: The Edit action depends on the number of Subscriptions selected:
One Subscription selected: When selecting the Edit button through the pencil icon (
), Edit Mode is opened. This action allows the Administrator to view the Subscription details. All information is read-only, since only the owner is allowed to modify it. The Administrator can only use the Enable toggle to change the Subscription status.Multiple Subscriptions selected: Multi-editing is not supported. Only one Subscription can be edited at a time. If you try to edit multiple Subscriptions, the Edit button will become unavailable.
Delete: The Delete action through the trash icon (
) allows deletion of one or multiple Subscriptions.
The Column chooser tool allows you to rearrange or hide columns to tailor the view according to your preferences.
