Board AI Agents interpret data, suggest actions, and guide workflows in collaboration with the user. They provide insights and recommendations while ensuring the user always retains full control.

The Board AI Agents require an internet connection, a Board license associated with the Board 15 cloud with Subscription Hub version, administration permission from the Subscription Hub for User and Lite licenses, and other system requirements listed below.
Board license requirements
Board AI Agents are included with every Power User and Developer licenses. User and Lite licenses must be given permission via the User section of the Subscription Hub.
Go to System Administration and click on the Subscription Hub tile

You call also enable the “GenAI” checkbox for user permissions

When exporting users, the “GenAI” checkbox is included in the exported file.

, you can check the “STATUS” of your License and the number of “INSTANCES USED” compared to the maximum allowed. A table below displays the instances where the Board AI Agents feature is available. From this table you can determine which instances can access the Board AI Agents feature.
